I had leaking showerheads in two showers. Albion scheduled a visit quickly and and quickly replaced two different mixing valve cartridges. Another company sent a rep a couple of months earlier who flat out declared the problem a non-issue and charged me $75 and left without fixing anything. Marianne B.
